ThaiLin continuous improvement is a company-wide activity throughout from shop-floor staffs to management level.  The need for continuous improvement in quality is vital for ThaiLin.  For us, this is a two-way proves: we are constantly working to educate employees in quality improvement methods and, at the same time, employee feedback is actively sought in order to build a culture that always strives for excellent quality.
