ThaiLin provides professional final testing services for memory, flash, Mixed-signal/Logic IC and Optical display peripheral IC products. We also provide customers with Tester/Hi-Fix Correlation, Test Program Verification, Engineering Lot Support, Production Lot Verification, and Periodical Reports.

 Tester/Hi-Fix Correlation

To prove that our Testers/Hi-Fixes work well and satisfy customers needs, we first discuss with our customers and establish a correlation procedure to examine our Testers/Hi-Fixes and prove that they meet the customers' requirements. Dut-to-dut correlation, which proves the uniform performance among all duts in a Hi-Fix and bin-to-bin correlation, which also proves our test result in accord with customers' expectation, is done in accordance with our customers' instructions.

 Test Program Verification

Customers are continually updating their test programs for engineering or business purposes. To ensure that their updated test programs work well and meet expected results, customers usually request that ThaiLin tests assigned samples against their test criteria. If the results are accepted, customers then approve the release of the new programs for production.

 Engineering Lot Support

Engineering lots can be either pilot lots for new products or experiment lots for specific purposes.

Pilot Lots for New Products: Customers usually request prompt responses on test results and a failure mechanism report. We confirm the test results and return them to customers immediately upon completion.

Experiment Lots for Specific Purposes: Special and different testing process and conditions are usually defined by customers for their experiment lots. We will fully follow customers' instructions to test the experiment lots and provide the test result to customers immediately upon completion.

 Production Lot Verification

Our customers usually define the required low yield criteria, specific failure mode percentages and quantity criteria for their products, as well as the disposal rules to follow if the low yield or specific failure mode occur. Our product engineers will fully follow customers' instructions to dispose of low yield and /or specific failure mode lots.

 Periodical Reports

Customers usually request various kinds of reports, including daily WIP, daily output, detained lot summary, yield, open/short rate, functional failure rate and EQC rate reports. These reports are provided daily, weekly, monthly or even several times a day depending on customers' specification.
